Course Description:

Level I Beginners Intro. to Tai Chi: In this class, you will begin learning the first part of the Yang style Tai Chi short form composed of a series of postures that flow into one another. After this course you can continue with the more advanced level courses.  5 weeks   

Level II Beginners Tai Chi Class: This class is for those who have previously taken the Beginners Intro. to Tai Chi class. In this class you will continue with the second part of the Yang Style Tai Chi short form.  5 weeks  

Level III Beginners Tai Chi Class: This class is for those who have previously taken Level I and II of the Beginners Tai Chi course. In this class you will complete the Yang Style Tai Chi short form.   5 weeks
